Selected public previews
Open Access can show selected lessons, resources, guidance, or practice samples without opening the full protected library.
Access Policy
Access is designed to be clear, controlled, and fair. Students can preview selected material through Open Access and Preview Access, while protected content requires manual approval and the correct Access Grant.
Access rules
The academy uses separate access states so students, parents, teachers, and admins understand what is available and what still needs review.
Open Access can show selected lessons, resources, guidance, or practice samples without opening the full protected library.
Preview Access may help students understand a course, resource, Power Notes structure, or Exam Room experience before requesting full access.
Protected access is granted through Access Grants that may be course, resource, pathway, bundle, or subscription specific.
Power Notes, Explained Solutions, protected resources, lessons, and private files are view-only unless download access is explicitly approved.
Teacher approval, public teacher visibility, and teacher-submitted content approval are separate review steps.
Students, teachers, and admins have different permissions. A role alone does not unlock protected student content.
Approval flow
This is the intended future platform logic. The current website remains static until backend access control is implemented.
Important access note
Payment or access proof is one part of the review. Full content access requires the academy team to verify the request and create the correct Access Grant for the course, resource, pathway, or support type.
Next access step
Start an academy request if you are ready to join, or use payment verification if you need to submit payment or access proof for manual review.
