How students and parents move from preview to approved access.
Does payment proof unlock content automatically?
No. Payment or access proof is reviewed manually. Protected content opens only after the correct Access Grant is created.
How is full access granted?
Admin reviews the request and grants access by course, resource, pathway, Exam Room, or another approved target.
Can parents submit enquiries?
Yes. Parents can contact support for pathway help, access questions, and student support guidance.
What happens if access needs clarification?
The academy may request clearer proof, a corrected target, or more context before access is approved.
Courses and resources
How learning content connects across the platform.
What are Power Notes?
Power Notes are concise, exam-focused study resources that help students revise key points, methods, and mistakes.
Are resources downloadable?
Protected resources are view-only unless download permission is explicitly approved by the academy.
How do courses connect to Exam Room?
Courses teach and review concepts, while Exam Room helps students practise under time and track weak areas.
Can I choose by subject or pathway?
Yes. Students can start with a pathway, then choose a subject, course, resource, or support route.
Are live sessions included in every course?
No. Live support depends on the course, teacher assignment, access rules, and schedule availability.
Teachers
Public teacher visibility is approval-based.
Are teachers approved before appearing publicly?
Yes. Pending, hidden, rejected, or suspended teachers should not appear publicly.
Can teachers teach multiple programmes?
Yes, if the academy assigns them to multiple approved subjects or programmes.
Is teacher content reviewed?
Yes. Teacher-submitted content requires admin review before publication.
How do teachers apply?
Teachers can use the Teacher Applications page to submit a static prototype application for future review workflows.

A future dashboard for approved students to continue courses, review access, use resources, and practise in Exam Room.
What is the Teacher Portal?
A future workspace for approved teachers to see assignments, submit content, and prepare live sessions.
What does the Admin Portal manage?
Admins manage approvals, Access Grants, payment proof review, teacher visibility, and content review.
Are the portal pages functional?
No. They are static previews. Real authentication, saving, uploads, and approvals require backend implementation.
