Simple terms for using the academy website and platform
These first version terms explain the basic expectations for using Vision Nexus Academy. They support the static website now and can be legally reviewed before the full platform launches.
Platform terms
Use Vision Nexus Academy for honest academic preparation
The goal is to help students learn, revise, practise, and improve with approved teachers and structured resources. These terms are intentionally plain and practical.
Current website status
This website is currently static. Forms, login screens, payment verification, and portal pages are visual previews until backend implementation is added.
Account and access approval
Joining or submitting payment proof does not automatically unlock protected content. Full content access requires review and the correct Access Grant.
Teacher approval
Teachers must be reviewed before they become public. Teacher-submitted content must also be reviewed before it is published or shown to students.
Acceptable use
Students, parents, teachers, and visitors should use the platform respectfully, avoid misuse, and provide accurate information during access or application review.
Study content rules
Protected lessons, resources, Power Notes, Explained Solutions, files, and practice content should not be copied, shared, downloaded, or redistributed unless explicitly approved.
Responsible learning
Academic support has boundaries
Vision Nexus Academy may support coursework planning, revision strategy, exam technique, feedback, and ethical Assignment Guidance. It should not be used for dishonest academic work, impersonation, copied submissions, or guaranteed-grade claims.
The academy does not guarantee grades or exam outcomes.
Protected study content is view-only by default unless download access is explicitly approved.
Open Access and Preview Access do not include full protected content, saved results, or private resources.
These first version terms are informational and should be reviewed before public launch.
